- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the paneer. Cut the paneer into small cubes and add them to a bowl. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to the bowl. Mix well so that all the paneer cubes are coated with the spices.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the paneer cubes. Fry them until they turn golden brown on all sides. Remove the paneer from the pan and keep aside.
- Now, let’s make the gravy. In the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, add finely chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Saute them until the onions turn translucent.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies to the pan. Mix well and let them cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
- Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down for a while. Once it has cooled, blend the mixture into a smooth paste in a blender or mixer grinder.

- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder to the pan. Mix well and let the spices cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add fresh cream and salt to the pan. Mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add the fried paneer cubes to the pan. Mix well until it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and also serve hot with rice, naan or roti.
