How to make Dry Fruits Laddu

To prepare laddus, first heat a quarter cup of ghee in a pan or wok and then add half a cup of gum and fry it on low flame till it turns brown. After it cools down, crush the gum with the help of a rolling pin. Now lightly heat the remaining ghee in the pan and add one and a half cup of dry grated coconut, dry fruits and two teaspoons of poppy seeds and fry it well.

Dry Fruit Laddu: Finally, after frying the date paste, take out the dry fruits and dates in a deep vessel and mix a little nutmeg and cardamom powder in it well. Instead of sugar, make syrup by adding jaggery and two teaspoons of water in the pan and then add dry fruits to it and mix it well. When it is still lukewarm, make laddus from it, store it in an airtight container and consume it with milk daily.
